NATIONAL LABOUR CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL ACT 1977 No. 65, 1977 - SECT 9
Travelling allowance for members.
9. A member is not entitled to remuneration, but is entitled, in the
appropriate circumstances, to payment of travelling allowance as if he were an
officer of the Second Division of the Australian Public Service.
