NORFOLK ISLAND ACT 1979 No. 25, 1979 - SECT 49
Borrowing-from Commonwealth
49. The Minister of State for Finance may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, out
of moneys appropriated by the Parliament for the purpose, lend moneys to the
Administration or to a Territory authority at such rates of interest and on
such other terms and conditions as he determines.
