NORFOLK ISLAND ACT 1979 No. 25, 1979 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2, 4, 31, 38, 39, 67, 68 and 69 shall come into operation
on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on a date
to be fixed by Proclamation.
