NATURAL HERITAGE TRUST OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1997 No. 76, 1997 - SECT 29
29 Income from projects and related activities funded with Reserve money
(1) This section applies if:
(a) money in the Reserve is spent in carrying out a project; and
(b) income is received by the Commonwealth from the project or from
activities carried out in relation to the project.
(2) An amount equal to the receipt is to be transferred to the Reserve from
the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
