NURSING HOMES AND HOSTELS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 72, 1987 - SECT 29

29. Section 139B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (1)
and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) In this section, 'notice' means a notice under:

   (a)  the definition of 'nursing home for disabled people' in subsection 4
        (1); (b) subsection 40AG (8) or 47 (2B); or

   (c)  section 40AH, 45D or 49.".
