NURSING HOMES AND HOSTELS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 72, 1987 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Section 30 shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.
(3) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on 1 July
1987.
