NATIONAL HEALTH ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 100, 1977 - SECT 19

19. Section 66 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section
(1), after the definition of ''fund benefit'', the following definitions:

'' 'insured nursing home patient' includes a person who is an insured nursing
home patient for the purposes of the Nursing Homes Assistance Act 1974 ;

'' 'nursing home fund benefit' includes an amount payable under the rules of a
registered hospital benefits organization in respect of a person who is an
insured nursing home patient for the purposes of the Nursing Homes Assistance
Act 1974;''.
