NATIONAL HEALTH ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1977

An Act relating to the payment of benefits in respect of the provision of
nursing home care.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the National Health Acts Amendment Act 1977.*1*
