NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1979 No. 122, 1979 - SECT 3

3. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) of the definition
        of
''pensioner'' in sub-section (1) '', a supporting parent's benefit'' after
''widow's pension''; and

   (b)  by inserting in sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of that definition
'', benefit'' after ''pension''.
