NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1978 No. 132, 1978 - SECT 44
Amendments of the National Health Amendment Act 1978
44. (1) Section 2 of the National Health Amendment Act 1978 is amended by
omitting sub-sections (2) and (4).
(2) Sections 3, 5, 6, 7 and 15 of the National Health Amendment Act 1978 are
repealed.
