NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1978 No. 132, 1978 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on 1
November 1978.
(2) Sections 1 and 2, paragraph 3 (1) (b), sub-section 3 (2) and section 44
shall come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent.*1*
(3) Sections 20 to 42 (inclusive) shall come into operation on a date to be
fixed by Proclamation.
