NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1978 No. 132, 1978 - SECT 19
Order of court to be binding on all persons, &c.
19. Section 82ZL of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
''(2) An order referred to in sub-section (1) does not have effect in relation
to moneys standing to the credit of a bank account maintained by a registered
organization in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 20E of the
Health Insurance Act 1973.''.
