NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1978 No. 132, 1978 - SECT 12

12. Section 73BG of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) '', being benefits that became payable
before 1 November 1978,'' after ''benefits'';

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) ''the Health Insurance Commission'' and
substituting ''him''; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (3).
