NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 99, 1976 - SECT 19
Provisions applicable to persons ceasing to be pensioners.
19. Section 81A of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:-
''(3) Sub-section (2) does not apply to or in relation to a claim for fund
benefit lodged in respect of a professional service or hospital treatment
rendered on or after 1 October 1976.''.
