NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 23, 1994 - SECT 9

Proprietor gives less than 90 days notice on settlement of contract of sale or settles in less than 90 days

9. Section 65F of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(2) the following subsection:



"(2A) An investigation must be completed within 90 days from the day on which
the contract of sale of the nursing home was completed.".
