NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 200, 1992 - SECT 20
Application for review by Tribunal
20. Section 105AB of the Principal Act is amended by inserting before
subsection (1) the following subsection:
"(1AA) An application may be made to the Tribunal for the review of a decision
by the Minister under subsection 46D(8).".
