NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 117, 1980 - SECT 9

9. After section 49 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Commonwealth benefit not payable if approval of nursing home suspended

"49A. The proprietor of an approved nursing home is not entitled to
Commonwealth benefit in respect of any day that is included in a period of
suspension of the approval of the nursing home.".
