NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 60, 1976 - SECT 29

29. (1) Section 78 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) the word
        ''or'';

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) the word ''or''
        (last occurring);

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (d) of sub-section (1); and

   (d)  by omitting sub-sections (12) to (15) (inclusive).

(2) The amendment made by paragraph (1) (d) does not affect an appeal made
under section 78 of the Principal Act, but not decided, before the
commencement of this section, and sub-sections (12) to (15) (inclusive) of
that section continue to apply in relation to that appeal.
