NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 60, 1976 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2, 28, 31, 41 and 42 shall come into operation on the day
on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on 1
October 1976.
