NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY ACT 1991 No. 118, 1991 - SECT 6

6. (1) A National Food Authority is established.

(2) The Authority:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

   (b)  must have a seal; and

   (c)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice
of the imprint of the seal of the Authority appearing on a document and are to
presume that the document was duly sealed.
