NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY ACT 1991 No. 118, 1991 - SECT 19

19. (1) After holding an inquiry to consider a draft standard or a draft
variation of a standard, the Authority must:

   (a)  by writing sent to the applicant, to each appropriate government
        agency, and to each other body or person who made a submission in
        response to a notice sent or published under section 16; and

   (b)  by advertisement published in the Gazette and in a newspaper
        circulating in each State or Territory; give notice setting out the
        nature of the recommendation made to the Council.

(2) The Authority must state in a notice given under subsection (1) how
further information about the recommendation, and the reasons for it, may be
obtained.
