NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME ACT 2013 (NO. 20, 2013) - SECT 177

Corporate plan

             (1)  The Board must prepare a corporate plan for the Agency at least once a year.

             (2)  The plan must cover a period of at least 3 years.

             (3)  In preparing the plan, the Board must have regard to a statement given under section 125.

Content of the corporate plan

             (4)  Without limiting subsection (1), the plan must include details of the following matters:

                     (a)  the objectives, strategies and policies to be followed by the Agency;

                     (b)  the performance indicators for the assessment of the Agency's performance of its functions;

                     (c)  the performance of the Agency in the year before the year in which the plan is prepared as assessed against those performance indicators;

                     (d)  the financial sustainability of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (including estimates of the current and future expenditure of the National Disability Insurance Scheme);

                     (e)  the risks and issues relevant to the financial sustainability of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the management of those risks and issues.

Copy to be given to the Ministerial Council etc.

             (5)  The Board must give a copy of the plan to the Ministerial Council before the start of the period covered by the plan.

             (6)  If the Board varies the plan, the Board must notify the Ministerial Council of the variation.
