NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME ACT 2013 (NO. 20, 2013) - SECT 173

             (1)  The Board members must give the Ministerial Council a copy of each of the following when, or as soon as practicable after, the Board members give it to the Minister or the Finance Minister:

                     (a)  an annual report given to the Minister under section 9 of the CAC Act;

                     (b)  an interim report given to the Minister under section 13 of the CAC Act;

                     (c)  particulars of a proposal given to the Minister under section 15 of the CAC Act;

                     (d)  information, a report or a document given to the Minister or the Finance Minister under section 16 of the CAC Act.

             (2)  The Board members must cause a copy of information the Agency gives the Minister or a Minister of a host jurisdiction under section 175 to be given to the Ministerial Council as soon as practicable after the Agency gives the information to that Minister.

             (3)  As soon as practicable after any of the following events happens to a person, the Board members must tell the Ministerial Council that the event has happened to the person:

                     (a)  appointment of the person as the CEO by the Board;

                     (b)  resignation of the person as the CEO;

                     (c)  termination of the person's appointment as the CEO.
