NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME ACT 2013 (NO. 20, 2013) - SECT 139
Voting at meetings(1) A question arising at a meeting is to be determined by a majority of the votes of the Board members present and voting.
(2) The person presiding at a meeting has a deliberative vote and, if the votes are equal, a casting vote.
