NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 (NO. 134, 2009) - SECT 169
Involvement in contravention treated in same way as actual contravention
A person who is involved in a contravention of a civil penalty provision is
taken to have contravened that provision.
