NATIONAL CRIMES COMMISSION ACT 1982 No. 138, 1982 - SECT 28

28. (1) The Attorney-General may grant to a full-time member leave of absence
from duty on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the
Attorney-General determines.

(2) The Attorney-General may grant to a part-time member leave of absence from
a meeting of the Commission.
