NATIONAL CRIMES COMMISSION ACT 1982 No. 138, 1982 - SECT 26

26. (1) Subject to sub-section (3), a member shall be paid such remuneration
and allowances as are determined by the Attorney-General.

(2) An office of member is not a public office for the purposes of Part II of
the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.

(3) If a person who is a Judge is appointed as a member, he is not, while he
receives salary or annual allowance as a Judge, entitled to remuneration under
this Act.
