NATIONAL CRIME AUTHORITY ACT 1984 No. 41, 1984 - SECT 56

56. Upon the termination of the Royal Commission that was commissioned, by
Letters Patent dated 10 September 1980, to inquire into the activities of the
Federated Ship Painters and Dockers Union, the Authority is entitled to take
possession of all documents and other materials that relate to the inquiry
conducted by the Royal Commission and that are in the possession or under the
control of the person conducting the Royal Commission.
