NATIONAL CRIME AUTHORITY ACT 1984 No. 41, 1984 - SECT 52
Interpretation
52. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears-
"member" means a member of the Committee;
"the Committee" means the Parliamentary Joint Committee on the National Crime
Authority for the time being constituted under this Part.
