NATIONAL CRIME AUTHORITY ACT 1984 No. 41, 1984 - SECT 26

26. A witness appearing before the Authority shall be paid by the Commonwealth
in respect of the expenses of his attendance an amount ascertained in
accordance with the prescribed scale or, if there is no prescribed scale, such
amount as the Authority determines.
