NATIONAL BLOOD AUTHORITY ACT 2003 No. 29, 2003 - SECT 19
Leave of absence
- (1)
- The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair on the terms and
conditions that the Minister determines.
- (2)
- The Chair may grant leave of absence to any other Board member on the
terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
