NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1981

An Act to amend the Navigation Act 1912, and for related purposes

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I - PRELIMINARY Short title, &c.
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Navigation Amendment Act 1981.*1*

(2) The Navigation Act 1912*2* is in this Act referred to as the Principal
Act.
