NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 98, 1979 - SECT 7
7. Section 13A of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Superintendents
''13A. The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, appoint a person specified
or described in the notice to be the superintendent, or a deputy
superintendent, at a port in Australia.''.
