MOTOR VEHICLE STANDARDS ACT 1989 No. 65, 1989 - SECT 39

39. (1) Subject to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975, an
application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of:

   (a)  a decision of the Minister under section 11; and

   (b)  a decision of the Minister for the purposes of subsection 14 (2); and

   (c)  a decision of the Minister for the purposes of subsection 15 (2); and

   (d)  a decision of the Minister for the purposes of subsection 16 (3); and

   (e)  a decision of the Minister for the purposes of section 19; and

   (f)  a decision of the Minister under the regulations for the purposes of
        section 20; and

   (g)  a decision under the regulations to give or refuse a compliance plate
        or a compliance plate authority.

(2) In subsection (1):

"decision" has the same meaning as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal  Act
1975 .
