MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2004 No. 51, 2004 - SECT 439
Regulations may modify effect of Chapter 2 and Parts 3 and 4 of Chapter 4
- (1)
- The regulations may provide for how Chapter 2 and Parts 3 and 4
of Chapter 4 apply in respect of cadets and declared members.
- (2)
- Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the regulations
may provide that Chapter 2 and Parts 3 and 4 of Chapter 4 apply
with specified modifications.
