MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2004 No. 51, 2004 - SECT 249
Working out amount of instalment
- (1)
- The amount of an instalment of telephone allowance is the amount worked
out by dividing the amount of the annual rate of telephone allowance by 4.
- (2)
- If the amount of an instalment is not a multiple of 10 cents, the amount
is to be increased to the nearest multiple of 10 cents.
