Normal earnings that are less than the federal minimum wage
If a person's normal earnings for a week are less than the amount of the
federal minimum wage for the week (as set by the Australian Industrial
Relations Commission), then the person's normal earningsfor the week are
instead the amount of the federal minimum wage for the week.
