MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2004 No. 51, 2004 - SECT 119
No compensation in certain cases relating to aggravations etc. of injuries or diseases
The Commonwealth is only liable, under section 118, to pay compensation
in respect of an aggravated injury or disease if it is because of the
aggravation or material contribution (whether wholly or partly) that the
service injury or disease results in the person's incapacity for work for the
week.
