MIGRATION REFORM ACT 1992 No. 184, 1992 - SECT 41

41. The regulations may provide that on and after 1 November 1993 and until a
specified date before 1 January 1994, a reference in another Act to a
specified visa, or permit, provided for by regulations under the Principal Act
is to be taken to be a reference to a specified visa provided for by, or by
regulations, under the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
