NOTE ABOUT SECTION HEADING
1. On the day on which section 16 of this Act commences, the heading to
section 44 of the Merit Protection (Australian Government Employees) Act 1984
is amended by omitting "Public Service Board" and substituting "Public Service
Commissioner".
