MERIT PROTECTION (AUSTGRALIAN GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 143, 1994 - SECT 9

Procedure of Joint Selection Committees and Review Committees 
9. Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subsection (1) "Joint Selection Committee or" before

"Review Committee";

   (b)  by inserting before paragraph (2)(a) the following paragraph:

"(aa) in relation to a Joint Selection Committee-the enactment under which the
Committee was established; and".
