MARITIME POWERS ACT 2013 (NO. 15, 2013) - SECT 6
Relationship to other laws(1) The provisions of this Act are in addition to, not in substitution for, any other law of the Commonwealth.
(2) This Act is not intended to exclude or limit the concurrent operation of any law of a State or Territory.
