MINISTERS OF STATE AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 82, 1978 - SECT 4

4. Sections 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Principal Act are repealed and the following
section substituted: Additional allowances to Ministers of State
''6. There are payable to the Ministers of State, in addition to their
salaries, and in addition to any allowances payable to them as senators or
members of the House of Representatives, such respective allowances as are
determined by the Remuneration Tribunal in pursuance of the Remuneration
Tribunals Act 1973.''.
