MIGRATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 60, 1994 - SECT 81
Exclusion of certain persons from Australia
81. Section 180C of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (1)(c) "an application for" and substituting
"to grant";
(b) by adding at the end the following subsection:
"(4) This section does not apply to a holder of a criminal justice visa.".
