MIGRATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 60, 1994 - SECT 6
Effect of cancellation of visa on status
6. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end "unless,
immediately after the cancellation, the former holder holds another visa that
is in effect".
