MIGRATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 60, 1994 - SECT 40

Changes in circumstances to be notified

40. Section 40 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (4);

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (5) "Subsections (1) and (4) apply" and
        substituting "Subsection (1) applies".
