Omit "$11,018", substitute "$12,528". Subsection 8 (5):
Omit "$17,400", substitute "$19,045". Subsection 8 (6):
Omit "$17,400", substitute "$19,045". Section 11:
Repeal the section, substitute the following section: Financial years for
which levy is payable

"11. The levy imposed by this Act is levied, and shall be paid, for the
financial year commencing on 1 July 1986 and for all subsequent financial
years until the Parliament otherwise provides.".
