MEDICARE LEVY AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 93, 1988 - SECT 4
Application of threshold amendments
4. The amendments of sections 7 and 8 of the Principal Act made by this Act do
not apply for a financial year earlier than the financial year commencing on 1
July 1988.
