MINERALS (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1981 No. 81, 1981 - SECT 49
Joint Authority, &c., not concerned with certain matters
49. A Joint Authority, a Designated Authority, a delegate of a Designated
Authority or a person acting under the direction or authority of a Joint
Authority, a Designated Authority or a delegate of a Designated Authority is
not concerned with the effect in law of any instrument lodged for approval
under section 45, and the approval or registration of such an instrument does
not give to it any force, effect or validity that it would not have if this
Division had not been enacted.
