MINERALS (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1981 No. 81, 1981 - SECT 10

Functions of Joint Authorities 
10. A Joint Authority has such functions as are conferred on it by this Act in
relation to the operation of this Act in respect of the adjacent area in
respect of which the Joint Authority is established.
